GlobalProtect VPN access issues - resolved

GlobalProtect login is now working correctly again.

Update 2 - 12.10pm, Wednesday 10 November:

The issue affecting GlobalProtect login has been identified and fixed, and it is now working as expected. If you have any further problems, please contact the IT Support Centre directly.

Update 1 - 9.40am, Wednesday 10 November:

Investigations continue into the GlobalProtect issue. Please note that the Duo 2-factor authentication service is not affected - all other Duo-protected services (for example, MyView) are still accessible.

IT Services are currently investigating issues with access to the GlobalProtect Virtual Private Network.

As soon as we have more information, we'll post it here.
