It’s OK to feel uncertainty, worry and anxiety about returning back to the workplace. Many of us have had to adjust to a ‘new normal’, which has involved spending the majority of time at home, and the idea of now going to back to work can provoke anxiety and stress.

For other staff who have been working on campus during the pandemic, this will be a changing time too.   

In this session we will look at how mindfulness with an emphasis on self-care can support you through this challenging time and you will leave the session with some mindfulness exercises and tips that you can introduce into your daily routine to increase well-being.
