It’s not too late to book onto our live Zoom Be Active sessions

We have over 28 sessions a week with some great teachers, there is a variety of classes for all levels, whether you want to de- stress or do a hard workout there is something for everyone. The sessions are really good value at as little as £14.00 for a 7 week block.

We have:

Sessions to help you de–stress and relax, easy level

These sessions are designed to help you to relax and stretch away the daily stresses and strains through positive postural alignment, natural breathing, gentle movement and calm mindful awareness.

Sessions to give you an all over body workout at a gentle, easy level

These sessions can improve strength, flexibility and mobility, and are performed with precision at a slow pace.

Sessions to give you an all over body workout at a medium to high level

Sessions to get your heart pumping at an easy level

Sessions to get your heart pumping at a medium to advanced level
