Police appeal on former student

Part of investigation concerning Reynhard Sinaga

Greater Manchester Police have urged anyone who thinks they may have been a victim of former student Reynhard Sinaga to get in touch with them, resulting in further media coverage this week.

If you find yourself affected directly or indirectly by the further prominence of this case, the University’s wellbeing services remain open and available to all staff and students. In addition, St Mary’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre can continue to be reached on 0161 276 6515 and Survivors Manchester can be contacted on 0161 236 2182. The National Male Survivors Helpline can be contacted on 0808 800 5005.

Information can be passed to police via the Major Incident Public Portal (MIPP) or by calling 101. The MIPP will also provide contact details for support agencies to anyone who accesses it.
