Today: Maintenance on IT sign-in service

IT Services will be performing maintenance on one of the IT login services at 2pm on Wednesday 5 May
Our Microsoft Single Sign-on service will be undergoing work for a few minutes from 2pm on Wednesday 5 May. This means that new logins to the following services will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes:
- My Manchester for Students
- Microsoft Office 365
- MyView
- IT Support Portal (Ivanti Service Manager)
- Qualtrics
- And some other local/specialised services
Services such as Blackboard, eduroam and GlobalProtect are not affected by this work.
People who are already logged in before the work starts should not experience any issues, and once the work has completed, new logins will be available again.
If you have any connectivity issues outside of this planned maintenance window please report it to the IT Support Centre.
