Join Manchester Confucius Institute on Wednesday, 14 April, 4pm for the next in their series of online talks centred around wellbeing. They will be joined by Feixia Yu, who will explore traditional Chinese health practices based around the two fundamental principles of yin and yang. Feixia will discuss the healing properties of Daoyin, popular due to its many health benefits, and will demonstrate some typical, gentle movements that can be practised by everyone.
