Using NHS COVID-19 contact tracing app to access hospitality venues

The guidance on accessing our venues or catered events has changed

As the country follows the roadmap out of lockdown, it is more important than ever that we keep our campus a safe place to be. 

From 29 March 2021, all visitors to our cafes or catered events are required to check-in to enter, not just one person per group.

You can do this by:

• Downloading the NHS COVID-19 contact tracing app and checking-in on entry, or
• Providing your name and contact details

Please ensure you are compliant with the government rules or you may face a £1,000 fine. 

Cafes currently open on campus are:

• Smiths Cafe
• Café 65 , AMBS
• Alan Gilbert Cafe, Learning Commons
• Library Coffee Cart
• Starbucks on North Campus
• Source Cafe, Owens Park
