Police need your help ...

... with investigating a series of indecent sexual assaults in Fallowfield

A male described as Asian, 5'3"-5'7", slim build, young-looking (15-20 years), is committing attacks on lone female students. The male follows his victims, then demands a kiss while making complimentary comments about their appearance. He becomes insistent and tries to touch or force himself upon his victim. The majority of attacks have occurred within the unlit walkways around the Owens Park complex and between Owens Park and Victoria Park between 12 noon and 5pm. He has been seen on a bike on a couple of occasions.

Police are appealing for any students who have been subject to similar attacks in the last three months, who could hold vital information, to come forward.

On a couple of occasions the male has kissed or touched the victim. If this happens to you, please try to preserve the area touched or kissed. This could provide vital forensic evidence.
