Teaching Excellence Awards

Nominations invited from Heads of School by 27 April 2007

The university offers annual "Teaching Excellence Awards", which focus on achievement in teaching and involve a grant of £5,000 for recipients to further develop their teaching or their career. The university makes between three and five awards annually, subject to candidates' merit, with at least one for staff in a learning support role. Each Head of School is invited to nominate one member of staff for an award. For the academic year 2006/07, the deadline for nominations from Heads of School is 27 April 2007.
