Car Parks Office to reopen on Wednesday, 16 September – but you will need to book an appointment in advance
The Car Parks Office will reopen on Wednesday, 16 September and the following opening hours will be in operation until further notice:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8.30am – 3.30pm
- Wednesday: 9am – 2pm.
Anyone who needs to visit the office must book an appointment in advance as visitors are limited to one person in the office at a time to ensure social distancing can be maintained. To request an appointment, please state what you need and any days you are unavailable on an email to:

Cycle shelter access is not available for any undergraduate students.
