Are some of your team members working at home and others are planning on returning to the office? Are you considering how you can manage and motivate a ‘hybrid’ team in this new environment?
Our new workshop Managing Remotely will address key skills such as communicating effectively to motivate across hybrid teams, ensure inclusion and collaboration, agree ways of working and how to address ongoing personal and team development.
