As many colleagues across the University are undertaking their P&DR, it is a time to step-back and consider personal development and career aspirations for the future. 

The Staff Learning & Development Team have curated two key resources for staff to support with personal and career development planning:

1. A Career Development Guide, which contains a selection of career development resources structured to suit the time that you have available
2. Guidance on Creating a Personal Development Plan, which covers how to structure and make the most from development resources available.
