Don't forget - the University's health, fitness and well-being programme starts for this term on 29 January so book a place now to secure a place. Eight-week enrolment courses take place in everything from Yoga to Come Dancing and from Pilates to Tai Chi.
There is also a selection of courses and drop-in classes delivered by the Counselling Service. Try Actively Managing Your Mood, Stress Reduction, Confidence and Self Esteem and many more&
