Short planned interruptions to connectivity - Thursday 16 July

Due to a routine software upgrade, there will be short periods where connectivity to University services will be interrupted.
This work was originally intended to take place on the mornings of 8, 9, 16 and 17 July, however it has been rescheduled.
At some point between 6pm and 9pm on Thursday 16 July, there will be some short outages:
- Two outages will result in loss of connectivity to all University services for up to five minutes. This will affect access to services including email, Blackboard, University websites, GlobalProtect, Remote Desktop access, wired/Wi-Fi network access on campus and more.
- An additional two outages for GlobalProtect, which may last up to fifteen minutes each.
