Your Welbeing

The Counselling and mental health service has moved workshop programme online. Sessions will include live Zoom versions of the following workshops: Calm Your Brain, Overcoming low mood and Developing resilience in challenging times.

It is World Blood Donor Day this Sunday and the NHS Blood and Transplant Service are always looking for donors. You can donate blood, platelets and the NHS Blood and Transplant Service is now collecting COVID-19 convalescent plasma from people who have recovered from this illness for use in COVID-19 clinical trials. Since May 2020 Organ donation in England has moved to an 'opt out' system. This means that all adults in England will be considered to have agreed to be an organ donor when they die unless they have recorded a decision not to donate or are in one of the excluded groups.
