Download a University Zoom background

We've created some Zoom background templates

As we continue to work from home, you may wish to download a University-branded background template for your Zoom meetings.

Once you have downloaded and saved your image choice, open the Zoom desktop app.
Click your profile in the top right-hand corner and select 'Settings'.
On the menu to the left, choose 'Virtual background'.
You will see a few default options that are provided by Zoom. To upload your own image, click the '+' icon. A box will pop up allowing you to upload a photo from your computer.
Select the appropriate image and it will appear alongside the Zoom default options.
If you are using the mobile app, you will need to tap the three dots at the bottom right of the screen to open the More menu, where you can find the 'Virtual background' option.
