Competition celebrates specimen drawing in schools and highlights the benefits of combining art and science
The Nancy Rothwell Award 2020 specimen drawing competition for 7 – 18 year olds is now open for submissions.
The competition celebrates specimen drawing in schools and highlights the benefits of combining art and science.
Student prizes include an experience day at the Royal Veterinary College, a set of drawing pencils and £25, and their school can also win £100.
Entrants can get inspired by last year’s shortlisted entries before submitting entries electronically by Friday, 31 July.
Schools can download a poster and presentation to help promote the competition.
