Updated: Planned network maintenance in Fallowfield and Victoria Park

IT Services are investing in improving the speed and capacity of the University’s Wi-Fi and wired network
This will mean faster, more reliable network coverage for both staff and students. The network service will be monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to quickly identify any problems and prevent disruption.
Tuesday 18 February (change to originally advertised work)
Due to a partial rescheduling of work, there is no longer a three-hour planned network outage on Fallowfield campus. However, as there is still some upgrade work taking place, please bear in mind that there is a small possibility of short temporary outages between 8am and 4pm in the following areas:
- Ashburne Hall
- Oak House
- Owens Park
- Richmond Park
- Sheavyn House
- Unsworth Park
- Woolton Hall
Wednesday 19 February
Upgrade work in Hulme Hall is proceeding as planned, and will result in a number of 10-15 minute outages between 8am and 4pm in the following locations:
- Dalton Ellis Hall
- Hulme Hall
- Canterbury Court
- St Anselm Hall
