Car parks waiting list update

Following ongoing capacity issues at Charles Street Car Park (Car Park A), the Car Parks Office will now operate a waiting list for Charles Street, in addition to Car Parks B, D, E and F
We understand this is not ideal, however, the car park is now operating at capacity.
New permit access system
We are currently undergoing a project to transfer permit holders at Booth Street West and Charles Street to the new car parking system. Permit holders have been or are being contacted and are required to bring their staff card to the Car Parks Office when contacted.
The old Booth Street West card readers have now been deactivated. If you come to park and cannot gain access as normal, please take a ticket to enter the car park and come to the Car Parks Office and we will update your record.

The Car Parks Office opening times are Monday to Friday, 9.30am-12.30pm / 1.30pm-3pm.
