Summer drop-in sessions by the Counselling Service for staff

No need to book, just turn up to these staff only sessions
- Learn to relax - Tuesday, 3 September, 1pm-2pm
- Breaking patterns of depression – a compassionate mind approach - Thursday, 12 September, 12pm-2pm
These sessions will be held in the in the large group room, First Floor, Simon Building.
From week beginning 16 September our mindfulness and relaxation drop-in sessions will start.
No registration needed – just turn up. All of the sessions are in the Wellbeing Rooms, First Floor, Simon Building.
