IT performance issues were identified between 10am-11am on Tuesday 30 July

IT Services are investigating a connectivity issue which is causing slow performance or lack of access to some systems
This is being investigated at the highest priority, and we'll update this article as soon as we have any more information including a time to fix.
Update 1: (11.24am)
Services are starting to return to normal. You may need to restart your applications. We'll post a further update when we have more details.
Update 2: (11.35am)
The issue is now considered resolved. If you have any IT performance issues which haven't been fixed by restarting your applications, please telephone the IT Support Centre on 0161 306 5544.
