This is to encourage you to make time to try something new or rediscover an old interest. Learning new things will make you more confident; inspire you, as well as being fun.

On campus there are various courses to try for your health and wellbeing, distance learning courses, green spaces to discover and the University’s Tree Trail. Outside of work the warmer weather can give you opportunities to discover new places!

Our wellbeing lectures have now ended for this academic year, but the staff wellbeing website has a detailed calendar from July onwards that gives you the full details of opportunities and relevant booking information.
