University will welcome more than 2,000 students from across the globe

The University Language Centre will be welcoming more than 900 students to the University on Monday, 1 July as they commence their Pre-sessional English course. A further 1000 students will join on Monday, 29 July. 

Students will be registering on the courses with the University Language Centre Team who will be based in the Whitworth Building. Students will attend classes all over campus throughout the summer. 

In addition to the large cohort of Pre-sessional students, a further 150 students will be joining us from Universities in Japan, China, Russia, Korea and China as they spend the summer improving their English Language while experiencing the culture of Manchester and the UK.

Please keep a look out for our new students and join us in giving them a warm Manchester welcome to the campus.
