A new IT support portal is coming soon

We are modernising and improving the way we operate and deliver IT services

In April, we’re launching a new online IT help and support channel.

This will replace our current online support service, and will allow our staff and students to do everything they could do before, but with more ease and efficiency.

For example, you can request access to systems, IT equipment and changes to your IT setup. You can raise, manage and track requests in one central place, and you can search for solutions in our new and improved knowledge base.
