Join the Manchester Online Learning Interest Group for a morning of talks and discussions exploring future digital innovation in higher education.   

Speakers include Tony Sheehan (Digital Learning Consultant), Richard Reece (Associate Vice-President for Teaching, Learning and Students) and Pam Vallely, (Academic Director of University of Manchester Worldwide), Angela Davies (Senior Lecturer in Clinical Bioinformatics) and Anthony Payton (Senior Lecturer in Healthcare Sciences).  

Other topics will include the use of VR in teaching and tips on developing an online or blended course. 

After the talks, there’ll be an opportunity to network, meet the speakers and find out more about working with the University of Manchester Worldwide team.   

This event is open to anyone working in the online or blended space, or for those who are interested in finding out more about the opportunities of converting courses into media rich teaching resources.

Time: 9am to 12pm, followed by lunch and networking
