The Staff Survey 2019 opens on Monday!

28 Feb 2019

Make sure your thoughts count this March

Look out for your survey email

The Staff Survey 2019 returns this Monday, 4 March. It’s your opportunity to give us feedback about your experience of working here, so we can develop new action plans that address any issues both across the University and at local level.

Our last Staff Survey, in 2017, resulted in actions being taken across campus, and these actions continue to be made. Read about the actions we’ve taken since Staff Survey 2017.

Completed surveys will benefit local charities

For each completed survey we’re going to donate £1 to your chosen charities – Big Change Campaign, LINK Good Neighbours (Trinity House) and City of Trees. We’ll double this amount if we receive over 8,000 survey responses.

Win a mini break

For every survey submitted, you could win £250 of vouchers for a mini break. There will be weekly prize draws after the first week of the survey where two people will be randomly chosen to win a £250 voucher towards a holiday. The draws will take place on:

  • Friday, 15 March 2019
  • Friday, 22 March 2019
  • Friday, 29 March 2019
  • Friday, 5 April 2019
  • Tuesday, 9 April 2019 (after the survey has closed)

Your thoughts count!

Staff Survey 2019 launches on Monday, 4 March and runs until Monday, 8 April.

You will receive an email or, if you don’t work at a computer, be given the chance to fill in the Staff Survey form. It only takes around 15 minutes to complete, and you can be sure that all the information you supply will be anonymous and treated in strictest confidence. This is because the Staff Survey 2019 is being administered on the University’s behalf by an external company, Capita.

The survey results will be published in June.
