One week to go until Staff Survey 2019!

25 Feb 2019

The Staff Survey is back on Monday, 4 March 2019

Look out for your survey email

The Staff Survey is upon us! There’s just one week to go until the survey reaches our staff members, and you get the chance to make your thoughts count.

Remember, the Staff Survey is a chance to share with the leadership team your thoughts on working at the University. It only takes 15 minutes and covers all manner of topics regarding your levels of satisfaction. Feedback will be collated confidentially by external consultants, and all your answers are anonymous.

Look out for an email from staffsurveys@capitasurveys.com, which contains the link to the survey, and will reach you on Monday, 4 March 2019.

  • Set aside some time in your diary now
  • Everyone who joined the University before 1 January 2019 can take part
  • If you don’t receive the email on Monday, 4 March, first check your spam and junk folders. If it’s not there, please contact Capita on FREEPHONE 0800 587 3115.

Don’t forget!

There have never been better reasons to complete the Staff Survey. We will be donating £1 to three local charities – Big Change Campaign, LINK Good Neighbours (Trinity House) and City of Trees – for every complete Staff Survey we receive, double if we receive over 8,000 survey responses. Plus, we’re giving away a holiday a week during the survey period!

Your thoughts count

Staff Survey 2019 launches on Monday, 4 March and runs until Monday, 8 April.

You will receive an email or, if you don’t work at a computer, be given the chance to fill in the Staff Survey form. It only takes around 15 minutes to complete, and you can be sure that all the information you supply will be anonymous and treated in strictest confidence. This is because the Staff Survey 2019 is being administered on the University’s behalf by an external company, Capita.

The survey results will be published in June.
