A transactional services update from the Directorate of Finance

The Finance Helpdesk provides:

Support Services

  • First level support for any Finance query*
  • Advice and Support for Finance systems
  • Finance Intranet queries
  • Finance Training materials

*Users are encouraged to contact areas of expertise directly if possible.

Operational Services

  • Access to Finance systems including periodic reviews
  • Monitoring & reporting on system controls
  • Maintenance of daily interfaces to Finance systems
  • Month end close

We are open between 9 - 5pm each weekday. If you wish to speak to someone face to face please visit us in Room G.017 John Owens Building.

Master Data Team

The Master Data team have published guidance on the website relating to Supplier Reactivations including Sole Traders and Personal Service Companies (PSC’s) as well as detailed guidance for the on-line HMRC assessment which must be completed for:-

  • Sole Traders offering Services 
  • Personal Service Companies.
