Take part in a survey on university reputation

16 Nov 2018

Many staff will be familiar with our External Stakeholders Survey – a qualitative, biennial survey that seeks to understand stakeholder perceptions of our reputation and status

Last year we supplemented it with a quantitative and more in-depth brand tracker, which gives us a better understanding of how we are perceived alongside some of our main competitors, in order to inform future marketing projects and campaigns.

The Knowledge Partnership, an independent market research company, will be conducting the research on behalf of us and several other Russell Group universities, combining primary data gained from staff, students, alumni and external groups at each university with secondary data from rankings, student recruitment and admissions measures, REF, TEF, DHLE and several other sources.

As part of this project, we’d like to invite all staff to take part in a five-minute online survey about university reputation. Your feedback is extremely valuable, so we’d be very grateful if you could take the time to complete it.

Questions about the survey and the research?

The World 100 Reputation Network is managed by The Knowledge Partnership, specialist education consultants, who ensure all responses are anonymous and confidential, in accordance with the UK’s Market Research Society Code of Conduct.

If you have any questions about the research, please contact Amy Ross at tracker@theworld100.com.
