All staff invited to attend ‘Meet the Suppliers’ event hosted by Key Travel
All staff are invited to attend ‘Meet the Suppliers’, an event hosted by Key Travel that will take place 9.30am – 2.00pm on Friday, 23 November in Whitworth Hall.
You will have the opportunity to meet representatives from Key Travel and some of their suppliers, including:
- KLM
- Virgin Airlines
- Lufthansa
- Bedsonline
- Virgin Trains
- Travelodge
- First Group (Train Operator)
- Booking.com
- Hainan Airlines
The University’s Chancellors Hotel will also be in attendance.
The event will include prize draw refreshments, competitions and give-aways including:
- 1 x pair of Etihad tickets (MAN to Abu Dhabi) excluding taxes – Now confirmed by Antony.
- £500 to spend on flights via Key Travel from Lufthansa
- 1 x bottle of champers from KLM
- 2 x Tickets anywhere on network from Trans Pennine Express
- Virgin Atlantic goodie bag
- Hotel Choclat Hamper from Key Travel
- 2 tickets to see City Vs Bournemouth on Dec 1st in the VIP Platinum box
There is no need to book, just drop-in on the day.

Key Travel will replace the existing provider Egencia as the new Travel Management Partner on Wednesday, 5 December 2018.
