Join the Double Helix History project for a free interactive exhibit on family history and DNA, featuring activities for all of the family at Manchester Central Library
This Saturday, the Central Library will host this family-friendly free event from 12pm until 5pm in the Ground Floor Research Room.
- PLAY - Make you own DNA! Play the Generation Game, take home your own DNA bracelet and sweets with University biologists
- LEARN - Meet our family historians and talk about their stories, research, and DNA experiences
- EXPLORE - How you could use DNA and how it is impacting on our idea of history, wider society, and our family stories
- HELP US ANSWER the BIG questions about DNA and family history
