Speak Up! Stand Up! photography campaign

Speak Up! Stand Up! is a joint initiative between the University and the Students' Union, by building on the success of the We Get It Campaign, we seek to stand up and take action against all forms of harassment, hate crime and discrimination.

Get involved

Have you ever experienced harassment, discrimination or hate crime?  We are holding our final emotive imagery photography session on Monday, 10 September, from 10am until 4pm.

We invite staff to share their experiences, which will be captured through emotive imagery photography (an example image is featured above).  These images will be used in our launch exhibition, posters and multi media campaign, encouraging staff and students to recognise harassment, discrimination and hate crime, whilst considering the impact that this may have on individuals.

We welcome anyone who would like to share their story, however we are particularly interested in those who define as having a disability as would like to make sure we have a range of experiences included.

Get involved and book and we will be in touch!
