The team at Uni Fit Group Personal Training are looking for 10 staff members who are committed to dropping at least one clothes size for summer

The 8 week Transformation Criteria: 

  • Staff or PhD student 
  • Ready to invest in your health 
  • Fed up of fad, yo yo diets 
  • Bored of not seeing results
  • Want to feel more confident this summer 
  • Committed to making permanent lifestyle changes

The Uni Fit “Shape up for summer” programme includes the following: 

  • 2 x group sessions per week  (evening & lunch sessions available)
  • Your 8 week personal healthy lifestyle plan
  • Help to understand nutrition basics to keep it simple
  • Weekly check-ins and accountability 
  • Body composition tracking 
  • Access to our private Facebook family group
