Volunteers needed to help Manchester South Central Food Bank

Manchester South Central Food bank will be running a Food Collection at Tesco Extra in Stretford on Thursday, 30 November, Friday, 1st December and Saturday, 2 December
We'll spend those days handing out shopping lists to shoppers detailing the items that the food bank requires. Volunteers will be sorting and dating the food donations which will then be taken to our warehouse.
We'll also have some donation boxes in case people would like to donate money.
Volunteering time slots are 8.30-10.30am, 10.30am-1pm, 1-3.30pm, 3.30-6pm.
Volunteering at this event is a great way to help support local people in crisis, get involved in the work of the food bank, gain skills and meet new people.
