The Faculty of Humanities will welcome a Fulbright Distinguished Chair (FDC) from 2018.
In April we announced sponsorship of the Fulbright-University of Manchester Distinguished Chair (Humanities), which supports eminent American scholars with a distinguished publication and teaching record in the humanities. The duration of the annual award is one academic term (three to six months) and will commence from September 2018.
The campaign to attract the best candidates through webinars, email outreach and social media will soon close.
