Update on the Annual Cycling event

The Annual Cycling Event on Thursday, 15 June was very popular. Visitors had the chance to meet with bike related providers, supplier and the University’s Bike User Group (UMBUG).  There was also opportunities to learn more about how to keep fit on campus, UMRUN and the University’s Lunchtime Strollers – a Walking for Health Scheme that has been leading walks since 2010.  If you are interested in buying a bicycle to commute to work our Cycle to Work Scheme staff benefit is very popular enabling you to make tax and NI savings on your purchase. In the coming months we will be adding some new cycling related discounts too!
