Abigail takes up Live Below the Line Challenge

19 Apr 2017

Abigail will experience ‘living below the line’ by only spending £5 over 5 days on food from 22 until 26 May

Live Below the Line

Abigail Saffer, Research Support Administrator in the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures, says: "As well as raising money and awareness for the Hunger Project Charity, I am looking to improve my own knowledge of living below the line/on a budget and investigating what can be done to reduce mine and other’s food waste, especially around the University campus. I will be blogging and tweeting about the experience."

You can support Abigail and follow her progress on her Justgiving page, where you can also make donations, or why not take part in the challenge yourself?
