Swap clothes at the Rutherford SWISH

Add the dates of the 2017 Rutherford SWISH events to your diary
If any of you are updating your wardrobe or clearing out your autumn/winter threads, please don’t throw them away - “swish” them for other pre-loved items at the Rutherford SWISH on the following dates:
- Thursday, 20 April
- Wednesday, 11 October
Both events will take place from 12.30 to 1.30pm in the Rutherford Room, Rutherford Building.
Admission is £2 if you bring items, £3 if you do not. Proceeds will go to Cornerstone Day Centre.
How does it work?
You bring along any good quality items of clothing which you no longer wear/use (handbags, shoes, tops and dresses etc), you pay a donation which goes to a good cause, and you can help yourself to any items which colleagues have brought in which take your fancy! Any leftover items of clothing will be donated to Cornerstone, and will be put to good use.
To date, the Rutherford SWISHes have raised over £600 for charity and SWISHERS' wardrobes have certainly benefitted, so please come along, bring some off your less loved clothes and let’s make it the best SWISH ever!
