Autism Friendly Early Opening: See, Make and Do at Manchester Museum

11 Jan 2017

Free, drop-in, autism friendly sessions for children and young people aged 5-16, with a parent or carer and siblings welcome

On Saturday, 14 January (9.15-10.30am), the Museum will hold its next early opening aimed at children who have autism and other needs, along with their families and carers, and siblings.

Activities take place before the Museum opens to the general public and there will be a quiet room available too. See objects, do activities and make creations inspired by one of the Museum’s galleries.

Early Openings take place on the second Saturday of each month, with a different gallery opening on each occasion. In January, the Fossils gallery, home of Stan the T-Rex, will be open earlier. Come along to enjoy and explore together.
