Problems accessing MyManchester

Since early this morning (Tuesday 29 November), MyManchester has been unavailable for staff and students. Symptoms have included either a 404 error or “page timed out”.
While we work on this problem as our number 1 priority, students can access some of their services via this page:
There is currently no estimated time to fix, but we plan to have an update by 10:30am today.
Update: 10:40am on Tuesday 29 November 2016
Following remedial work on MyManchester, due to access problems this morning, restoration of the service started at 9:41am and completed at 10:40. Staff and students should now be able to access the service again with no problems.
We will be performing a full investigation.
