Wellbeing Week: Get to grips with Indian club swinging

14 Nov 2016

Enjoy a form of exercise that stimulates both mind and body while giving you a good workout

On Tuesday, 15 November (10.45-11.45am) in the Wellbeing Rooms (dual usage) Simon Building.

Indian club swinging is a fitness and exercise system based on the use of wooden clubs of various weights and sizes. Both heavy and light clubs can be swung for exercise and fitness.

Indian club swinging can be integrated into other forms of exercise such as skipping, running, jogging, stretching and light resistance exercises.

As well as helping you to become and keep fit, it is good fun to learn and practise.

Indian club swinging has a natural rhythm and movement that stimulates both the mind and the body while giving you a good workout.
