Wellbeing Week: so many ways to feel good and function well

10 Nov 2016

Check out the free activities on offer this week and take your first steps along the Manchester Ways to Wellbeing

Relax

Wellbeing Week is happening this week (14 to 18 November) with a range of free, fun activities across campus that will get your body moving and your brain working.

Your wellbeing journey could include Calm your brain and have a croissant (Monday), Managing criticism more confidently (Tuesday), Trampolining (Wednesday), Laughter Yoga (Thursday) and Creative Thinking (Friday), and so much more!

Along the way, you'll find out how these activities are related to Manchester Ways to Wellbeing - and how you can pro-actively apply the six Ways to your day-to-day life through a set of simple actions.

If you can't take time out for an activity session, do come and relax for 15 minutes at a beanbag chillout.

Just bring along yourself and your University ID card. Most classes are drop in, but you will need to book for a few - and did we mention they are all free?
