Heaven knows you can be in Les Miserables now!

02 Nov 2016

Do you love to sing along but never thought that you could be up there performing?

A charity concert, organised by Director of Estates and Facilities Diana Hampson, is your chance to sing the songs from the shows – no audition required!

You will sing a medley of songs from the hit musical Les Miserables, as well a medley of other show tunes as part of a concert at Bury Parish Church Hall on Saturday, 12 November at 7pm.

Cost is £7 per participant (under 18’s £3.50) which covers music hire, tuition and refreshments.

Invite your friends and family to see you perform and enjoy the concert of light music. Admission £5 (under 18’s free).

The event will raise funds for charity Reverse Rett, which works to speed treatments and a cure for Rett Syndrome and related MECP2 disorders by funding research that will have a practical and positive impact on children’s lives. Rett Syndrome is a neurological condition which most often strikes previously healthy little girls between their first and second birthday and leaves them with multiple disabilities and medical complexities for life.

Sign up to sing!

Please register in Bury Parish Church Hall, The Rock, Bury, BL9 0AH at 3pm on Saturday, 12 November. There will be a rehearsal until 6pm and a refreshment break before the concert.
