Manchester University Music Society String Orchestra and Brass Band

On Saturday 5 November, 7.30pm, at the Martin Harris Centre
String Orchestra showcases classic pieces of the repertoire including Mozart’s Divertimento in D Major K136 and Grieg’s Holberg Suite, as well as Wieniawski Polonaise Brilliante with soloist Alice Millar. Following this, the current winners of UniBrass, the University of Manchester Brass Band, make their triumphant return to the Cosmo Rodewald Concert Hall under the baton of James Keirle.
