Viewing 'My papers' in Turnitin: error message and work-around for students

There is currently an issue when a student attempts to view Turnitin feedback

When students access their grade details for a Turnitin Assignment within My Grades and select the My Paper link they receive the error message: "There was an error processing your request."

However, students can still view their submissions via the ‘View/Complete’ link in the Turnitin submission area for each assignment. Assignment submissions via Turnitin are unaffected.

Turnitin engineers are currently working on a fix as a priority.

Students have been advised of the problem and the work around via Student News, and there is a message on Blackboard.
