In order to support the correct management of Tier 4 students working at the University, the Casual Policy, Guidance documents and associated forms have all been updated and are now available on StaffNet
Please note that even though these appointments are managed electronically, recruiting managers and casual workers are still required to complete, sign and return all casual forms as part of this process.
The documents outline the obligation for Tier 4 students to work a maximum of 20 hours of paid or unpaid work during any given week and updates have also been applied to the Online Timesheet System to support this requirement. As such, timesheets submitted for Tier 4 workers in excess of 20 hours per week will be rejected.
