Service Effectiveness Survey

19 Oct 2016

Second part of UniForum benchmarking programme set to launch on Wednesday, 2 November

Around 2,000 members of staff will be invited to take part in a survey over the next two weeks aimed at collecting feedback on key services provided by the Professional Support Services (PSS).

The Service Effectiveness Survey is the second part of a major piece of benchmarking research being carried out on behalf of a number of Russell Group universities by Cubane Consulting as part of the UniForum programme. You can find out more at:

The Service Effectiveness Survey will collect feedback on a number of aspects of key Professional Support Services (PSS) to help provide a clearer picture of the effectiveness of the services concerned, to understand what we are doing well and where we need to improve in order to deliver our Manchester 2020 goals.

The Survey will be launched on Wednesday, 2 November and will be open until mid-November. Both academic and Professional Support Services colleagues will be invited to respond and provide feedback on a number of key administrative services which will help us understand what we are doing well and where we need to improve our services.

It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous and confidential. It is important that we get a good response rate therefore, if you receive the invitation, which will come from either ‘noreply@surveys.cubane.co' or 'noreply@qemailserver.com’ with the subject line: UniForum Service Effectiveness Survey please do take the opportunity to feed in your views.

The Project is being co-ordinated by the Planning Support Office and any questions on this process should be directed to:
