The Volunteering and Social Justice Festival takes place tomorrow

Encourage students to attend the festival in Academy 1 and surrounding area

The Volunteering and Social Justice Festival is free and all students are welcome to come along. The festival is the launch event for a year of social justice activity under the JustFest Presents banner.

In Academy 1 over 90 volunteering and not-for-profit organisations will be on hand to talk to students. Outside the stage will feature musical performances by Hip Hop Shakespeare Company, Stone Flowers, Galivantes and short talks by Black Lives Matter, Stop The Traffik and many more. There will also be a tent curated by the Students' Union (SU) and a selection of food stalls by Levenshulme Market.

Doors open at 11.30am and close at 4pm.
