Only one week left to book on our Be Active programme

Be Active

Courses start on 17 October – we have a jam packed programme of activities including many types of Yoga, Pilates, Tai chiAlexander technique and more active fitness sessions from the Express blast series (30 minute classes) to the more technical Kettlebell or Gymnastic strength training.
