Recent IT issues

Over the last few weeks, you may have noticed issues with access to some services
There have been interruptions to Blackboard, My Manchester and external network access.
We understand that availability of these key services is essential for work, study and research at the University, and acknowledge that these interruptions are inconvenient for our staff and students, especially during exam time.
We’d like to assure you that we treat these incidents with a very high priority, and will continue to investigate the root cause of these issues.
In the meantime, if you do have any IT queries, please contact the IT Support Centre. If you have an urgent query, please call 0161 306 5544 as soon as possible. This telephone line is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
